Why do car owners prefer Stark Professional Line brake calipers?

  • Safety. Our brake calipers have successfully passed numerous tests for deformation, fracture and corrosion. Special equipment checks every product to determine internal integrity and absence of cavities.
  • Robustness. The housing of brake caliper is made of QT450 cast iron alloy that is resistant to significant physical and mechanical loads. The components are molded under pressure and subsequently cooled in the compression mold. Thus, uniform density of casting is achieved.

  • Durability. The perfectly smooth chrome surface of the pistons ensures smooth operation even after a million of use cycles. The components are molded from high quality steel that is resistant to damage and deformation. Chrome protects the pistons from oxidation and corrosion.
  • Protection from external effects. Seals and dust cups are made of flexible and durable EPDM rubber. They protect the brake caliper from dust, moisture, and dirt getting inside the unit, and are resistant to aggressive environments. Seals and dust caps do not lose their properties during the entire service life of Stark Professional Line brake calipers.
