Stark Professional Line shock absorbers: stable operation under any conditions
  • Durability. Improved antifriction properties of the contacting parts in Stark Professional Line shock absorbers increase service life and durability of the product. The rod of Stark Professional Line shock absorber has high degree of hardness, and its surface has optimal antifriction properties. For this purpose, the component is subjected to induction induction hardening, precise vertical and horizontal grinding and chrome-plating.
  • Increased strength. The use of double seam welding in manufacturing of working cylinders of Stark Professional Line shock absorbers ensures sealing of the oil reservoir and resistance to mechanical loads.
  • High degree of purification. Production facilities are equipped with ultrasonic cleaning lines. Therefore, even dust and small foreign objects are removed from exterior and interior surfaces of the components.
  • Resistance to temperature changes. In Stark Professional Line shock absorbers we use high-quality oil that has shown optimal performance even under extreme temperature conditions. The shock absorbers perfectly perform their task at the temperatures between −40 and +80 °C.
